M-TECH AUTO INC ("M-TECH", "we", "us", "our") provides mechanical repair, diagnostic, maintenance, body repair, refinishing, alignment, and related automotive services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services performed by M-TECH AUTO INC. By authorizing work or leaving a vehicle with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. All estimates are provided in good faith based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.
2. Estimates are not guarantees. Additional repairs may be required due to hidden, underlying, or previously undisclosed conditions.
3. Customer authorization is required before work begins. Authorization may be provided in writing, electronically, or verbally.
4. If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, M-TECH will make reasonable efforts to obtain customer approval before proceeding.

1. Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, credit card, or other methods approved by M-TECH.
3. A deposit may be required for special-order parts, engine replacements, body repairs, or extended work.
4. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.
5. Outstanding balances may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted under Ontario law.

1. Parts may be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), aftermarket, remanufactured, used, or performance-grade, as agreed with the customer.
2. Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.
3. M-TECH is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, supplier issues, or manufacturer backorders.

1. Mechanical repairs are performed to manufacturer specifications or agreed upgraded standards.
2. M-TECH is not responsible for failure of unrelated components before, during, or after service.
3. Older or high-mileage vehicles may experience additional failures due to normal wear and tear.
4. Diagnostic results are based on available data and testing methods and do not guarantee identification of all faults.

1. Body repairs may involve structural, cosmetic, and refinishing work.
2. Colour matching is performed using industry-standard paint systems; exact colour match is not guaranteed, especially on aged or sun-faded vehicles.
3. Body repair timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, insurance approvals, or supplemental damage discovery.
4. M-TECH is not responsible for pre-existing corrosion, prior poor repairs, or hidden damage not visible at initial inspection.

1. Wheel alignments are performed using professional alignment equipment to OEM or customer-requested specifications.
2. Performance alignments, suspension modifications, and non-OEM settings may increase tire wear, noise, vibration, or reduced ride comfort.
3. The customer accepts full responsibility for the effects of modified suspension geometry or performance settings.

1. All fluid services are performed using OEM-approved or upgraded-spec products suitable for the application.
2. M-TECH is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing internal engine, transmission, or drivetrain conditions.
3. Maintenance services do not reset or extend manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.

1. M-TECH provides a limited warranty on labour only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Warranty does not cover:
   
   • Normal wear and tear
   • Misuse, abuse, racing, or track use unless explicitly agreed
   • Modified or non-OEM applications
   • Failures caused by other components

        4.  Warranty claims must be reported promptly and inspected by M-TECH before repairs are performed elsewhere.

1. Vehicles not collected within 5 business days after service completion may be subject to storage fees.
2. Storage fees will be charged at a daily rate communicated to the customer.
3. Vehicles left unpaid or unclaimed may be deemed abandoned and dealt with under the Ontario Repair and Storage Liens Act (RSLA).

1. M-TECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
3. M-TECH is not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
4. M-TECH is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supplier delays, weather, or acts of God.

1. Customer authorizes M-TECH employees to operate the vehicle for testing, diagnostics, and quality control.
2. Vehicles may be driven on public roads where reasonably necessary.

1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

By authorizing service or leaving a vehicle with M-TECH AUTO INC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
